Review and Publish Content
To check if you have pieces of content pending your approval please make sure to click on the Content Submissions or the Course Submission tab in the Channel Management section. Here you will see all the pieces of content which have yet to be reviewed or published.
To review and make changes to the piece of content click on Review. After you have made the final changes and are ready to publish the content, click on the Publish button displayed at the top right corner of you screen. You will have to choose in which stream you would like your content to be published.
If the piece of content doesn't meet the publish requirements to also have the option to decline it. Once you click on Decline the following message should display:
You can choose weather or not to leave a comment for the person who wrote the piece of content before you decline it's publishing.
In order to be able to publish a piece of content at least one stream needs to be created. Streams are sub-divisions of channels in which content is organized.
To create and manage streams, go to the Manage Content or the Manage Course tab and click on Manage Streams.
From here you will be able to rename or hide existing streams and also to create new ones.
Please notice that only Content can be sorted into Streams. Courses are published directly into a channel and the content which is part of a Course can be rearranged.
MANAGE CONTENT AND COURSES
In order to manage existing content and course go to the Manage Content or the Manage Course tab in the Channel Management section.
From here you will be able to Unpublish, Feature or Move (to another stream) the piece of content.
