If you have over 100 users licenses with your account subscription, please contact your account manager or support@smartup.io.
If you have less that 100 user licenses then to manage your account please login to the account portal.
Then enter the email address that is linked to your account:
This will generate a One Time Password (OTP) which is emailed to you. Check your emails and enter the OTP provided.
From here you can update or cancel your subscription, edit account information, billing and shipping address, payment methods and view your billing history.
